Heritage Recipes Organic Breadworks is a small bakery that
produces quality breads with good
flavour and healthy ingredients.
Heritage Recipes has adopted an Artisan style of bread-making where
loaves are hand-made instead of mass-produced. Our recipes are
traditional.
None of our products contain preservatives, artificial conditioners
or colourants. None of the breads contain dairy products.
At Heritage Recipes Organic Breadworks Old World Sourdough breads are
made with a completely natural leaven taken originally from organic
grapes. Sourdoughs made without added commercial yeast have a natural
advantage in freshness with a more chewy crust.
